All of our operators undergo ongoing HIPAA training. This training covers all aspects of HIPAA privacy rules.
All employees are required to sign confidentiality agreements. This has been a requirement for many years.
All telephone records, messages, and digital voice recordings are backed-up in multiple layers providing the best recovery in case disaster strikes. We also maintain a complete copy of all records in an off site vault for additional protection.
All conversations between callers and our operators are digitally recorded for later recall. MedConnectUSA follows all state and federal laws regarding recording of telephone conversations.
We use multiple telephone carriers and data providers to protect against disaster. Our providers use land based, wireless, and satellite communications for the best coverage.
Unlike many of our competitors we have a complete policy and procedures manual in place, which dictates how our operators respond in emergency situations. By abiding by these procedures we can offer our clients more protection from potential HIPAA violations.
